Summer Strawberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 Packages of Spinach
- 1/2 Small Red Onion
- 8 oz of Strawberries (quartered)
- 1 Cup Candied Walnuts
- 1 Cup Feta Crumbles
- 1 Large Avocado
For Dressing:
- 3 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- 1/2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Tbs. Strawberry Jam
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Shake Up!
Dress salad, toss, and serve!
