Fresh from the fields, it is received in a temperature-controlled dock, then transferred to the processing department and distribution area. It then goes onto our trucks, where reefers keep temperatures consistent. This cold chain ensures our produce is in a temperature-controlled environment at all times to enable a longer shelf life and to meet state regulations.
